LUCKY HIGHWAY 13 TOURISM INITIATIVE
The Town of Provost has partnered with 11 communities on Highway 13 to take part in an "all rubber traffic" tourism idea to help promote our communities and to give ideas to those who like to take a drive on a beautiful weekend. Starting with the photo scavenger hunt that begins on May long weekend and ends on the end of September, you can travel to the communities named within and take a photo of the icons that have been identified by each community and enter your photo to win some great prizes. Last year over 250 photos were entered. Last year our focus was on motorcycle enthusiasts but because of the great response we decided to include all rubber traffic. And here are the Town of Provost's two icons that you need to get a photo of to qualify for the contest. Provost Home Hardware is celebrating their 110 th Anniversary, same family and same building for 110 years. Congratulations Larson Family. The Bell in the front of the Town of Provost office is dated 1914 (104 years old)
